The Custom Cycle Engineering 30mm cartridge kit is designed for Harley Davidson 49mm fork tubes (from 2006 to present) and are engineered to adsorb every bump in the road giving the rider consistent surface feedback for added confidence and traction. The large 30mm piston enhances fluid control and provides a smooth, finely tuned response to any road condition. This gives the rider a comfortable, controlled riding experience without compromising stability or responsiveness.

Can be purchased separately or as a turn key kit with our full line of 49mm Fork Tubes regardless of length or finish.

Custom Cycle Engineering has been manufacturing USA made fork tubes for the Harley Davidson for over 50 years and now we are providing advanced cartridge systems that will fit every type and year motorcycle that Harley Davidson manufactures. This allows the customer the choice of purchasing our fully adjustable cartridge separate or can purchase a complete fork tube and cartridge combination. We offer all lengths for each and every 49mm fork tubes we sell. The forks in the kit have the flow kits removed thereby avoiding the extra machining. The cartridges will have the precise fitment to match the fork tube length. 2nd or 3rd party involvement will not be necessary. Complete turn key kit. It doesn’t get any easier than that.
