For over 30 years we have been manufacturing extended fork tubes.
We start with DOM 1026 steel tubing that is ordered specially from a tubing mill.
Then we centerless grind the outside diameter to OEM specifications and machine the rest of the tube to exact ID specs.
We buff the material to a mirror finish and chrome plate the final product to a Ultra chrome finish.
This is a product that we are very familiar with and we cover every Harley-Davidson fork tube model all the way back to 1949.
We maintain a large inventory and offer sizes from 4 under stock FL to 20 over stock FL. When ordering please specify model and year.

The Custom Cycle Engineering 49mm cartridge kit is designed for Harley Davidson 49mm fork tubes (from 2006 to present)
Engineered to adsorb every bump in the road giving the rider consistent surface feedback for added confidence and traction. The large 30mm piston enhances fluid control and provides a smooth, finely tuned response to any road condition.
This gives the rider a comfortable, controlled riding experience without compromising stability or responsiveness.
Can be purchased separately or as a turnkey kit with our full line of 49mm Fork Tubes regardless of length or finish.

Radial Brake Caliper Brackets for the 43mm inverted Fork Tubes.
Custom Cycle Engineering, the leader in aftermarket fork tubes for Harley Davidson has developed one piece billet brackets for fitment to radial mount calipers to their 43 mm tubes for Low Rider S (FXLRS 2020-2025) and Low Rider ST (FXLRST 2022 and Later)
Benefits of radial mount calipers are numerous including increased feedback and better calipers to disc alignments they are secured to the bracket at both ends vs axial mounted calipers for better pad to disc contact during extreme braking. Radial mounting allows fitment to larger diameter rotors.
Brakets come in pairs and will adapt to factory Harley fork tubes as well as Custom Cycle Engineering fork tubes. Use with factory axle and fender. Fits most radial mount calipers with 100mm bolt center. Brackets will fit 100mm as well as 108mm calipers ( center to center) Kit includes left and right side brackets, bolts for caliper (calipers not included)

Rear Dyna Motor Mount

- The rear mount utilizes two proprietary damper bushings aligned on top of each other and clamped in an aluminum housing.
- This enhances both lateral and torsional movement of the swing arm.
